Increment or decrement a value by a float

The usage is hincrbyfloat key field float.
If the field does not exist, the increment value is set.

Example

Command>	hincrbyfloat user-1 weight 75.6
Result>	75.6
Command>	hincrbyfloat user-1 weight 12.6
Result>	88.2
Command>	hincrbyfloat user-1 weight -10.2
Result>	78

Syntax

HINCRBYFLOAT key field increment

Available since version 2.6.0.
Time complexity is O(1).
